If you asked an Icelander what their favorite food is, chances are it wouldn’t take long until someone mentioned Skyr.

The main road on the island – number 1 – is a perfectly maintained road. Secondary roads however are a different story.

2014 was not a good year for Iceland. The volcano X erupted and crippled air traffic. Luckily, we could fly and also return home (unfortunately).
