Jökulsárlón

The glacier ends in a lake connected to the sea. Large chunks of ice float into the sea and are dropped ashore during low tide.

We “drove” ito the lake with a special amfibian bus to taste some ice that had been on the glacier for hunderds of year. Tasty 🙂
